On the next page, the first question is about how long a membership you want (1 year for $40.00, 2 years for $60.00 or 3 years for $85.00). Make your choice from the drop-down menu.

The second question is "Are You a Member of a SeniorNet Learning Center?" Answer this one "Yes" by clicking the appropriate radio button.

The third question is "If so, which one?" It is important that you enter ENJ or Ewing, NJ into this text box so that the Ewing SeniorNet Computer Literacy Center gets credit for your membership.

Complete the remainder of the form, choose the option you want to make your payment (online, by telephone, or by mail), and your membership application will be processed promptly.
